Christ Fellowship Conference - Breakouts

Welcome Team

In this breakout, we will discuss the “Why and How” behind our Welcome Home expression here at Christ Fellowship (where to begin if you don’t have a process and how to make changes if you do). You will experience what our guest experience process look like as we walk through each team with you and the important changes we’ve made along the way. You will have an opportunity to ask questions of our Q&A panel, with representatives from other campuses and those who oversee our Dream Team. This will help you see how these two worlds operate together.

Next Steps & Follow Up

From first time visitor to family, we will unpack the “Why and How” behind our guest connection and assimilation process (where to begin if you don’t have a process and how to make changes if you do). You will experience what our connection process looks like as we walk through each step of the process with you. You will have an opportunity to ask questions of our Q&A panel, with representatives from other campuses and those who oversee our Dream Team. This will help you see how these two worlds operate together.

The Volunteer Experience

Week in and week out, incredible volunteers show up at all of our churches to use their gifts to impact the lives of others. We know we couldn’t build church without them. In this session, we’ll explore how to create the best possible volunteer experience that not only equips volunteers, but also inspires their passion to make a difference in the lives of others.

Building Staff Culture/Staff Meeting

In this session, we’ll discuss the importance of building a strong staff culture and how we continually reinforce the WHY of what we do.

Going the Distance in Ministry

Building a marriage and family that will go the distance in ministry

In Your Atmosphere:

A guest’s experience begins the moment they step into your doors. You’ll learn all about creating intentional and memorable environments for your church as a whole, as well as for large events.

The Journey

We will cover the “Why and How” behind our church member assimilation process and implementation (where to begin if you don’t have a process and how to make changes if you do). You will experience what our Know, Grow, Discover, and Impact process looks like as we walk through each week with you and the changes that we’ve made along the way. You will have an opportunity to ask questions of our Q&A panel, with representatives from other campuses and those who oversee our Dream Team. This will help you see how these two worlds operate together.

Building a Group

It is hard work to move from a Church ‘with’ some Groups to a Church ‘of’ Groups. Like many churches, we’ve done groups for a long time and through many seasons. Building a culture that perpetuates healthy group life is very different from just offering groups. Learn from our journey and hear why we believe circles are better than rows when it comes to spiritual transformation.
