Kaleo: Christ Fellowship’s Leadership Development Program
Our last five campus launch teams have all been graduates of our School of Biblical Leadership Take an in-depth tour of how Christ Fellowship develops leaders through this intense and effective program. We will review all of the key components of our program and the lessons we have learned through the years (and some we are learning right now). You will leave with a comprehensive understanding of how our program works and resources you can use to start building your own program tomorrow!
We will cover the “Why and How” behind our church member assimilation process and implementation (where to begin if you don’t have a process and how to make changes if you do). You will experience what our Know, Grow, Discover, and Impact process looks like as we walk through each week with you and the changes that we’ve made along the way. You will have an opportunity to ask questions of our Q&A panel, with representatives from other campuses and those who oversee our Dream Team. This will help you see how these two worlds operate together.
The Sisterhood Code
Something powerful happens when every generation of God’s daughters comes together to walk out their “God Call “ with confidence, connected to each other and committed to be a collective agent for change . Building this kind of multigenerational movement is more than just starting a Bible study or having a dynamic women’s conference. It requires a vision that values every generation and a strategy that fuels the overall strategy of the church. In this session, we will unpack our “SISTERHOOD CODE “ and share our strategy to invest a sisterhood that spans from middle school to middle age.
Building a Group’s Culture
It is hard work to move from a Church ‘with’ some Groups to a Church ‘of’ Groups. Like many churches, we’ve done groups for a long time and through many seasons. Building a culture that perpetuates healthy group life is very different from just offering groups. Learn from our journey and hear why we believe circles are better than rows when it comes to spiritual transformation.
