Tom Mullins, along with his wife Donna, founded Christ Fellowship in 1987. Before becoming a pastor, Tom was a successful football coach and AD (athletic director) at both the high school and collegiate levels. He is the author of three books that capture his passion to develop leaders and his experience as both a coach and a pastor. He has his earned doctorate from Liberty University and is pursuing his PhD in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University. While continuing to pastor at Christ Fellowship focusing on leadership development and vision advancement, Tom also serves on several boards including, Place of Hope Children’s Home, Teen Challenge, and EQUIP. His role with EQUIP has him training national and international leaders in creating a transformation movement within their nation. He is a sought-after speaker and leader.
